Question:	Can I customize my EZ Gift Card Security Labels?
Answer:	Yes. For a small one-time fee, your security label can be altered to capture the exact information you need to track.
Question:	What do I do with my EZ Gift Card promo kit?
Answer:	You will first attach your display sign to the display rack by using double-sided tape already attached to the sign. Your cards go in your display rack, which can be placed right next to your cash register. Gift cards don’t need to be kept under lock and key like paper gift certificates. They can be displayed in clear view of your patrons. Since the security labels are the only part of your system that needs to be locked away, you have a higher chance of your customers noticing that you offer gift cards and buying them. The table tents, window decal, and promo button add to the promotion by giving your customers more chances to see that you sell gift cards.
Question:	For Gift-Track certificates, can I customize the “one-write” line?
Answer:	You can on the certificates, but be aware of how this change will affect your entries in the journal book, which cannot be customized.
Question:	When I reorder Gift-Track gift certificates, do I get a whole new system?
Answer:	Not usually. Most Gift-Track reorders consist of the gift certificates, an equal number of envelopes, and an appropriate number of journal books. Omitting the pegboard case, standard with first orders, saves you $10.
Question:	Are Duplicate Gift Certificates available with other designs printed on them?
Answer:	Yes. Some customers want the Duplicate format but prefer one of the many other Gift-Track designs, most of which can be converted. Call 1-800-283-1695 for availability and pricing.
Question:	How can I personalize my promotional signs for Gift Certificates?
Answer:	The red or blue Stand-Up Display Signs that come free with every gift certificate order are automatically shipped with a sample of your distinct gift certificate already affixed to it. EZ Gift Card signs are not customizable.
Question:	How many gift certificate entries do the record books hold?
Answer:	The Gift-Track System’s wire-bound journal book holds 300 gift certificate entries. The Gift Certificate Record Book for our other gift certificates and EZ Gift Cards holds 400 entries.
Question:	How can I tie my EZ Reward Card System in with my EZ Gift Cards?
Answer:	By purchasing EZ Reward Cards to match your EZ Gift Cards, you can present a consistent image to your customers. Both systems feature the same beautiful, full color images on the cards.
Question:	Can I get an EZ Rewards Card in plastic?
Answer:	Yes. EZ Reward Cards can be printed on 30-mil plastic or 15-point coated paper. However, if your Reward Cards program contains an element of usage on it (card being marked for every visit a customer makes), only the stickers can be used. The plastic cards cannot be stamped or punched.

Question:	How long will it take until I get my order?
Answer:	Ninety-five percent of our gift card and gift certificate orders leave our Farmington, Connecticut, facility within three business days and are in transit no more than five business days. Some custom orders take longer to complete.
